One of our client is looking for Cafe Manager to lead all aspects of business.
The incumbent must have a vast knowledge of renowned international or local Fast Food/Restaurants.
Innovative and self-driven with strong communicational skills & high customer interaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Recruiting, training and supervising staff
· Agreeing and managing budgets & planning menus
· Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety/guidelines
· Promoting and marketing the business & setting sales targets
· Overseeing stock levels & ordering supplies
· Handling customer enquiries and complaint & taking reservation
· Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports keeping statistical and financial records
· Handling administration and paperwork according to the best HR policies
· Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the cafe
· Ensure adherence to effective security procedures, including opening and closing procedures
· Ensure that accurate cashing up and cleaning procedures are carried out at end of night
· Review suppliers and prices on an ongoing basis to ensure value for money
· Be accountable for turnover and monitor against budgeted targets for sales and costs
· Schedule regular meetings to discuss about business development opportunities and any issues
· Maintain store environment clean, safe and inviting for customers.
