Appedology is looking for a Recruitment Executive (Female). The resource should be a team player with excellent communication skills in English.

-Should have strong hands on experience in sourcing for multiple positions.

-Should be strong in sourcing candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, via references campus etc.

-Good at social media recruiting; spend considerable time with the candidates to evaluate them based on their experience, achievements, behavior, cultural and motivational fitment.

-Should be responsible from sourcing to onboarding of the candidate.

-Should have handled Mass Hiring (independently).

-At least 2 year experience of working as a HR Recruiter with Bachelor Degree.

-Should have experience in preparing job descriptions, based on specific briefs given

-Proficient in usage of MS Office tools

-Publish recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards periodically.
