| Job Description: |
- To ensure validity of authority of PR’s
- To ensure correctness of documentation meant for PR (routine / project) as per Empowerment of SU’s SOPs.
- To Ensure proper project in corporation
- To process projects
- Relationship building
- To ensure timely delivery of stores
- To ensures timely receipt of invoice and Delivery Challan from suppliers
- Liaison with Finance & Suppliers for payments within the prescribed period
- Prepare list of vendors with credible reputation and background along with complaints if any
- Prepare monthly reports as per SOPs on due date for intimation of all concerned by 1st of every month
- SAP Skills: PR Creation, RFQ Maintenance, PO Creation, Down payment Request, MIGO, Reservation, Good Issuance, Invoice Parking, Invoice Posting
