| Job Description: |
- To get familiar with IRMNC&NP software and provide support to Community Health Worker, Supervisor.
- To assist in data compilation from all sources and its presentation in relative forms/data tools.
- To assist in provision of supporting documentation for preparation of reports in relation to appropriate data presentation.
- To collect reports from the team and enter into data base.
- To Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and Tablet systems operations and development.
- To arrange meeting with line managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
- To implement, operate and administer tablets and telecommunications software, network and information system.
- To troubleshoot hardware, software and network operation system.
- To be familiar with all hardware and software.
- To be familiar with network operating system.
- To provide orientation to new users of existing technology.
- To train staff about the potential uses of existing technology.
- To train staff about new and potential use
- To provide individual training and support on request.
- To provide recommendations about accessing information and support.
- To maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
- To troubleshoot all technology issues.
- To maintain log and or list of required repairs and maintenance.
- To ensuring proper data entry on design application.
- To provide network access to all staff and management
- To connect and set up hardware.
- To load all required software.
- To provide network accounts and passwords as required.
- To input and maintain IP Address.
- To prepare the weekly and monthly reports and present to donors and district governments.
- Any other task assigned by the Manager Operation.
