| Job Description: |
During the term of this Contract, the Domain Specialist shall provide the following services (hereinafter. the "Consultancy Services"):
- Evaluate and assess the tech stack of Startups for efficiency and advise as and when needed;
- Conduct periodic reviews of different stages in Startups’ lifecycle, vis-a-vis technology;
- Assign and monitor technologies’ related KPIs for Startups,
- Conduct training and awareness on best practices and methodology;
- Participate in, coordinate and facilitate Tech community events;
- Guide Startups on MVP, prototyping;
- Assist with beta release, and on how to better arrange & guide on Tech teams;
- Guide startups on designing and implementing organizational solutions transforming strategy into reality;
- Assist startups with troubleshooting, testing of applications, identify grey areas and provide input for improvement;
- Guide and design the software architecture and hardware/ stack assessment;
- Guide and help startups in technical documentation, version control and other best practices; and
- Guide and offer trainings to startups on agile, lean, scrum and other industry standard methodologies to achieve efficiency and quality.
