| Job Description: |
- Managing all the functions related to the HR department.
- Managing, counseling, guiding the staff members in performing the HR functions such as DAR, Performance Appraisals etc.
- Works with senior management in developing and implementing HR related policies.
- Preparing employment contracts and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Managing the recruitment process, designing and publishing of advertisement, screening application forms, assisting concerned departments in short listing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Dealing with employee’s grievances through email, phone calls or in person and participates in disciplinary committees.
- Verifying employee degrees from their concerned institutions.
- Facilitating employees’ promotion cases.
- Supervising the performance appraisal activity, coordinating with relevant departments for the initiation of the activity.
- Compiling all the received data and submits the final ratings to Finance Dept. for Annual Merit Increments.
- Work as a liaison between different campuses, for providing information on HR related issues and ensuring uniformity in HR activities.
- Updating HR related information on SZABIST website.
