| Job Description: |
- Act as first point of contact and liaison between integral parties; as per services required by the client, to ensure that project is delivered to client needs are properly assessed and fully met.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Establish and develop collaborative relationships with various business departments and client and teams to help resolve client specific issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Work with client to help them define and implement best practice solutions that meet their business needs and ultimately improve deliver-ability.
