Overview:

QuickStart is Cognitive Learning Management company disrupting the way how IT training is converted into high impact, personalized and customized learning experience through subscription of its flag ship platform CLIPP.

QuickStart is a MS Gold Partner, Cisco learning partner, and NetApp Learning partner that provides IT training to fortune 5000 customers, commercial customers, and government customers in the areas of App Dev, Dev Ops, Information Security, Cloud computing and Data Science. Training Operations Manager will run the following:

• Course delivery center in Karachi - where courses will be offered from.
• QS Academy in Karachi - where we will train our Instructors and AI's.
• Manage all Instructors and AI's.
• Help with scheduling.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

Instructor recruiting and management:  Hire and Develop team members who can effectively deliver training virtually across the global from the Karachi office for wide range of technology skill sets

Instructor rating and quality metrics: 

• Develop training plans for the staff to ensure high quality training
• Overall responsible to increase quality metrics

Scheduling: 

• Instructor schedule optimization – work with the instructor schedule mgr and optimize the high value and instructor TA.
• Working with sales and marketing to develop and maintain training schedule
• Ensure optimal class occupancy

Optimizing Quick Start Academy:

• Create Instructor certification program
• Create an instructor onboarding and training program to increase quality and learning standards

Teaching:  Teach technology related courses around 50% of the time

Course Approvals:  Interface with regulatory compliance to manage course approvals

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

• BS in Computer Science or related fields.

Minimum Knowledge and Experience

• Experience in two of the following technology areas:
• Database administration
• System administration
• Application development
• Networking
• At least 10 years of professional experience in technology and / operations with Data Science and Project Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading a team and demonstrable ability for team development.
• Excellent Analytical skills are must.
• MCT is a plus.
• Having a good network of technical experts is a plus.
