Job Description:

We are looking for the sevices of "Admin Officer" will include assisting Manager Legal Affairs for the following:

  • To assist in pursuing Staff Disciplinary Cases, to maintain & manage office mails & filing work, visits to the District Courts in order to attend cases, to establish liaison with govt. offices in order to pursue claims of entitled benefits of staff.
  • Maintain effective coordination with all departments of the institution to facilitate and provide required legal & administrative assistance.
  • Incumbent will also be responsible to assist Manager Legal Affairs to manage various service contracts with contractors/vendors for services being provided.
