Job Description:

We have required a young, qualified, energetic and innovative Mechanical/Industrial Manufacturing Engineer for the Post of “ASSISTANT MANAGER – QUALITY ASSURANCE.

He should be well versed about Mechanical Designing/Drafting & hands on expertise in Auto CAD & Pro Engineer 5.0.

He will be responsible for the following tasks:

- To be responsible for the quality of all products.

- To arrange all necessary quality tests and prepares reports as per requirement of SAP Software system.

- To check all inspection reports.

- To coordinate with Production & Marketing personnel for improvement of products quality.

- To train the staff on quality inspection standard procedures & techniques.

- To arrange samples for Marketing Department on requirement.

- To suggest & implement new inspection methods & techniques for quality improvement in the existing products & for new products.

- To arrange external & in-house calibration/verification of all testing machines, instruments & gauges.

- To maintain a close coordination with section incharges of Production in order to achieve the quality standards & quality objectives.

- To maintain close coordination with HOD to achieve the quality objectives.

- To ensure that ISO-9001 Quality Management System and 5S House Keeping are properly implemented.
