Job Description:

Smooth & efficient functioning of operational & administrative activities of branch and Increase the business & revenue of the Branch.

· Books shipments & Sentiments orders of walk-in customers & offers them other M&P services

· Ensures security checks of each shipment

· Submits cash sale within the specified time

· Ensures timely delivery & pickup of material

· Visits existing clients and makes new to increase the business & revenue of the Branch.

· Ensures timely recovery from clients & submission to Company’s account

· Ensures 100% implementation of Standard Operating Procedures

· Creates full awareness & understanding amongst the staff of all the instructions issued from Area/Head Office

· Training & Counseling of staff

· Handles the inquiries/complaints of customers and replies them promptly & courteously to resolve their inquiries/complaints

· Maintains cleanliness of Branch Office
