| Job Description: |
- Supervises clerical and administrative personnel.
- Monitors the ongoing Site projects, coordination with vendors and procures needed supplies for office and new projects.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Provide general support to visitors and Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
- Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment’s, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for their department.
- Make sure the implementation of policies and procedures, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff.
