| Job Description: |
One of our reputable clients in the E-Commerce Industry is looking for an E-commerce Coordinator.
Some of the necessary requirements are as under;
- Handling of market places back end portals (Daraz, Alfamall etc) – including inventory / order
- Handling of shopify portals including inventory / order
- Responding to customer queries via Facebook or any other social media profile
- Responding to direct call from customers
- Coordinating for the delivery of online orders
- Handling customer complain
- Should be a good user of MS office specially MS Excel
- Male / Female both can apply
