Job Description: |
We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals for our Customer Support Department in a Team Lead Role. Individuals who are passionate about their work, seek problems as challenges, and take pride in the ability to learn quickly, an exciting opportunity of a Customer Support Lead awaits you.
Job Responsibility:
The lead will be responsible to manage complex customer situations promptly and professionally.
- Has to maintain Stores Feedback Rating, Performance, and Dashboard.
- Provide Monthly Reports on the Store’s Performance and Suggest strategies simultaneously to further enhance the performance of the Store.
- Responsible to Study and make Strategies in accordance with Market Place Policies
- Analyze the reason for returning items and taking necessary steps on how to reduce the returns.
- Manage Team concerns and resolving any queries.
- Timely Verification of the entire team cases and resolve issues with respect to the case
- Have to utilize customer feedback to recommend product and service improvements.
- Leading Short Term & Long Term Projects.
Job Specification:
- Minimum qualification required is Intermediate or Bachelors
- Should have strong Written & Communication Skills
- At least 1-year experience as a Lead is required
- Prior experience in International Ecommerce Industry (Preferred)
- Must have high attention to detail, and should be able to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize (by keeping a positive attitude to motivate others)
- Candidates with better Business communication will be given preference
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
