| Job Description: |
Knowledge of specified standards and procedures associated with safety, housekeeping, problem solving, SPC and basic manufacturing, and preventive maintenance methods applicable to polyurethane molding operations.
Your responsibilities
Set up: Identifying, assembling, maintaining, preparation, packaging and sorting of molds.
Casting: proper dispensing of urethane, mold assembling, mold disassembling, initial part inspection and waste management
Finishing: repairing, curing, trimming, final inspection and packaging
Machine Maintenance:
- Daily calibration, temperature monitoring, all related PM’s to maintain proper functioning equipment
Record Keeping:
- Maintain daily production and maintenance/repair records
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to FL
- Smidth safety procedures and regulations.Properly maintain company supplied uniforms
- Performs other related duties as assigned
