| Job Description: |
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- knowledge and experience of Windows System/Laptop install, upgrade, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Network errors by running diagnostics, resolutions, prioritizing problems, assessing the impact of issues and documenting problems.
- Research and recommend approaches for Network administration tasks.
- Possess knowledge and experience of Network Cabling.
- Support, diagnose and Troubleshoot Network/LAN problems.
- Identify and troubleshoot Wi-Fi Connectivity.
- knowledge of IP Phones Network and co-ordination with the service provider.
- Provide Technical Support to Users.
- Manage Inventory of IT Equipment.
- Must have 3-4 years experience in Windows and Network environments.
- Windows OR Network certification required.
