Job Description: |
Responsibilities
- Manage a full recruitment cycle
- Work with hiring managers to consult on hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
- Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, Linkedin, candidate referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
- Technical industry knowledge with a general comprehension of relevant tech skills, target companies, engineering communities, Sales groups and university sources.
- Strong leadership skills including communication, delivery of results.
- Must have strong computer skills and experience hiring from IT industry.
- Pre-screen candidates for their technical skills and behavioral skills as well as conduct reference checks
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to proactively identify target markets, key skill sets.
- Prioritize tasks on daily basis without compromising results.
- Participate in daily activities where you will collaborate with candidates, peers and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully
- Should have experience in managing tight deadlines and meet expectations.
- Results-oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with dynamic situations.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Experience working in a high-volume recruitment agency highly preferred.
- Strong academic background – degree or diploma in technical, business, marketing or related field.
- Demonstrated 3-4 years of direct recruitment experience in IT industry.
- Experience working in IT or Telecom industry.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, strong people skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Strong passion to make recruitment and/or account management as career.
- Excels in both oral and written communication and is proficient with Microsoft Office
