| Job Description: |
- Proactively work on auditing processes, practices and documents
- Ensures compliance with established internal and external SOPs by examining operating practices, and documentation of new and old record.
- Flagging any non-compliant document in a timely manner to Lead/Manager.
- Provides ideas for process improvements to enhance process efficiency and quality.
- Follow SOPs and guidelines provided by the manager.
- Maintains a filing system and protects confidential information.
- Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
- Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, or a related field.
- 1 year proven experience in a compliance officer role.
- Brilliant verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
