| Job Description: |
- Conducting promotional presentations and activities at various forums/colleges/academies to create awareness about TMUC Brand, being the Institution of choice for students.
- Ensuring student recruitment and retention is on track as per the set annual targets assigned to each TMUC location, compiling reports/data received from all TMUCs.
- Providing assistance and input to all TMUCs in every work related to UCA Programmes and HN Fashion, Textile and Design Departmental programmes.
- Works with assessment team to ensure standardization.
- Ensures that an assessment and internal verification plan is in place and operational for all qualifications.
- Confirms the quality of assessment instruments as fit for purpose.
- Advises on the interpretation of national standards.
- Coordinates assessment arrangements including additional sites, if appropriate. Approves and signs the programme assessment plan.
- Ensures an effective system of recording student achievements in place.
- Advises on opportunities for evidence generation and collection.
- Keeps records of the verification process.
- Liaises with the External Examiner (EE) where appropriate.
- Monitors course files.
- Ensures appropriate corrective action is taken where necessary.
- Takes part in the formal stages of any appeal.
- Advises programme team on any training needs.
