| Job Description: |
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- The candidate selected for this position will be tasked with recruitment, vacancy announcement, initial screening and shortlisting, interview scheduling, issue offer letters and employment contracts and record keeping.
- Candidate will also be responsible for recruiting staff through recruitment drives ( From universities and other sources)
- Orientation of new staff regarding Organisational policies & procedure and operations.
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database of each employee.
- Make sure that all personnel files are complete.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement to relevant departments.
- Managing activities such as job description, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
- Maintain up-to-date employee leaves records, issuing HR notifications, dealing with grievances, implementing disciplinary procedures, dismissal process and maintaining employee records
- Liaising and follow up with all government agencies (Social Security & EOBI) to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
- Taking attendance on daily basis.
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage Performance Management System and Performance Appraisal process that drives high performance
- Maintain and monitor pay plan and benefits program for employees
- Conduct salary survey, inform and suggest changes accordingly
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
