The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers by answering their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and providing relevant information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Providing customers with accurate and relevant information regarding our products and services.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Staying up-to-date with the company’s services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Graduation, Master preferred.
• At least two years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
• Ability to work in deadline-driven environments.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
