| Job Description: |
- Make and track appointments for meetings involving the CEO / COO and concerned members. Monitor the status of all assigned tasks according to their timelines.
- Manage communication between top management and employees for meeting participation, liaising with internal & external executives on various projects & tasks.
- Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival and Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their visit.
- Manage CEO/COO's Visiting Cards Folders.
- Coordinate with travel agents for visa documents / travel arrangements for CEO/COO as well as for other Managers/ Directors and official guests. Maintain Travel log as well.
- Screen/handle local & international calls for CEO/COO.
- Communicate directly on behalf of the CEO/COO or direct the calls to the CEO/COO.
- Take notes during meetings, prepare, and distribute minutes of meeting and ensures follow-up of decisions.
- Ensure all periodic MIS reports have been received by the CEO/COO prior to the deadline and adopt appropriate follow-up mechanisms.
- Writes eloquent, error-free emails for a variety of scenarios and events on behalf of the CEO/COO and Corporate Secretariat.
- Respond & manage incoming emails to CEO/COO.
