| Job Description: |
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the Institute’s academic function and performance.
- Presenting to the Board of Advisors for approval the organizational structure of the Institute.
- Participate in the development of the academic plans and programs as a strategic partner.
- Oversight of the quality of the academic and support programs of the Institute and all of its component entities.
- Supervision of the relationship between students and the administration.
- Management of the Institute's finances.
- Administration of the personnel system.
- Operation and maintenance of real and personal property under the jurisdiction of the Institute.
- Fundraising, auxiliary enterprises, and alumni activities.
- A commitment to student safety and welfare and a sensitivity to issues related to campus culture.
- Consultation and cooperation with the Advisors and other similar institutional groups on various matters, including planning for the future development of the Institute.
- Representation of the Institute and it’s programs in other Universities and Institutions.
- Accounting to the Board of Advisors for the Institute's finances on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Establishing a centralized system for fundraising, advancement, and development.
- Reporting annually to the Board of Advisors on the state of the Institute.
