Job Description:

To compile the employees attendance.

To follow up the employee attendance missing entries.

To update the rosters and data management in Timetrax.

To update the employee data in Oracle R-12.

To resolve attendance queries and issues.

To employee salary issues.

To compile the employee salaries on monthly basis. (Stylo, SSFM, Fabrizio).

To update the salary attendance data in Oracle R-12.

To run the payroll process in Oracle.

To verify the payroll from Manager Com & Ben.

To make the Bank letter for salary transfer purpose.

To prepare the costing for Accounts department.

To audit the relevant documents and attendance data

To handle Employees salary related grievances.

To process the CF, PF, and Loan payments In Oralce.

All salary related reimbursements.
