• A leading group of industries is looking for "Purchaser" preferable a Experienced Candidate.

• The ideal candidate should be having a prior experience in Retail with large firms/industries.

Basic Functions:

• Reviewing purchase orders and coordinate with concerned department.

• Purchasing material.

• Coordination with clients (Internal & External).

• Review reports for stock.
• Monitor price increases and communicating changes as necessary.

• Job related tasks as assigned by Supervisor.                               
• Visit vendors and supplier for purchases, item return, or replace or repairs and maintenance.

• Prepare purchase orders and handle purchase stock,

• Prepare daily activity reports of purchased items.                       

• Good knowledge of local markets.                                           
• Review inventories and order as required.                                 

• Produce and maintain all reports.                                          
• Sourcing and Purhasing.                                                       
• Maintain complete up to date photo copy purchasing records/data of prices, quotations, bills and invoices.                                             
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers for cash purchases.                                                                           

• Process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Prepare comparative analysis of quotations and report to management.
