| Job Description: |
The incumbent will be responsible to monitor all sorts of communication over mediums i.e. Phone 0r Chat and provide appropriate feedback on timely basis.
Nature of Work:
The International Sales department works internationally 24/7 on Outbound Sales & Support calls,emails and live chat. Candidate must have prior experience in Quality assurance for any Japanese Car Trading company and must have thorough Knowledge regarding all important checkpoints relevant to this domain.
Suitable Profile for this Position:
- Minimum 6+ months of experience.
- Experience in Quality Assurance department of renowned Japanese Car Trading Companies.
- Must be available to work in Rotational Shifts(Morning, Evening & Night) If Applicable.
