Job Description: |
- Handling customer phone calls both inbound and outbound.
- Good communication skills along with working knowledge of MS Office.
- Minimum qualification required for this role is intermediate.
- Answers questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers.
- Executes customer support Calls which will result in maximizing sell-in percentages.
- Answers customers inquiries.
- Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers.
- Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Using knowledge base / training material to resolve customers concerns.
- Follow up the leads.
- Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude.
- Must Be Committed regarding the work.
- Must have quality to gain the work load.
