| Job Description: |
- Participate in the planning of QA scheduling, planning and development of test plans and test cases
- Coordinate testing activities of the development team associated with the assigned project
- Design and execute thorough manual test plans and test scripts
- Work closely with business analysts/system analysts to convert business requirements into test plans and test cases
- Work closely with software developers to develop test specifications and build test cases to rigorously test product functionality and investigate all potential product test failures
- Conduct system testing and integration testing
- Prepare test data to and design scenarios for each specific test
- Verify completeness and readiness of testing environment
Technical skills:
- Preferably, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent of the degree in appropriate education
- Knowledge of SDLC, different architectures and
- design strategies/ methodologies
- Experienced in software quality assurance quality
- control activities
- Experienced in writing test plans, test matrices,
- test data generation and execution of test plans
- Good knowledge of planning and conducting audits
- Should have good enough knowledge of automation life
- cycle
Management / Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with US team
- Team management and strong leadership skills
- Good analytic and decision-making skills
