RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Develop and maintain HR strategy within the organization
b. Ensure provision of professional HR service to the organization.
c. Ensure timely recruitment of required level of management and other staff.
d. Develop creative strategies for Employee Retention.
e. Provide active support in the selection process as per corporate standard.
f. Ensure Corporate Branding in recruitment webs and advertisements.
g. Coordinate with Director for increments and promotions of all staff.
h. Ensure appropriate corporate communication at all staff levels.
i. Maintain and develop leading edge of HR systems and processes in relation to performance management, staff induction, reward and recognition and compensation / benefit programs.
j. Update personnel records.
k. Outstaions visits for hiring and trainig purpose.
AUTHORITIES:
a. Place job advertisement in appropriate media
b. Short listing of candidates
c. Recommend reward/compensation, penalties
d. Hold exit interviews
e. Monitor attendance
f. Issue instructions to Branch Offices with regard to personnel documentation
g. Ensure implementation of HR policies in Branch Offices
