• Install, configure and maintain server, network and desktop hardware and other peripherals, software and applications.


• Prepare and maintain hardware & network inventory, user wise hardware/IP/other peripheral lists and all IT related records & files.


• Asset taging and logging of all hadrware and network changes/allocations in the inventory.


• Investigate user problems, identify cause, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.


• Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.


• Arrange and perform regular servicing of hardware and peripherals.


• Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.


• Provide IT, surveillance and telecom related support to office staff and external clients.


• Creating Backups of customer and office data.


• Citrix Xenserver, thin client and virtual machines setup, configuration and maintenance. 


• On job training will be provided on new technologies and protocols to successful candidates

Job Specifications:

• 1 + years’ of relevant experience.


• Must have the ability to analyze and fulfill information, hardware, software & connectivity requirements across the organization and troubleshooting.


• Ensure accuracy, continuity, safety and availability of information across the organization. 


• Regular & Punctual.


• Attention to Detail (Minimum errors and delays in providing information & reports).


• Active Team member (Keep superiors informed regularly and ensure due approval is obtained where necessary).
