| Job Description: |
- Assist MR in controlling & maintaining the Quality System documentation.
- Should have Full command to establish, implement & maintain the Quality Management System & having work experience of at least 3 years in a multinational or reputed local group environment in the related field.
- Having Certificates on ISO 9001:2015 awareness & auditing, preferably Lead Auditor
- Capable to lead/conduct transition of ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015.
- Coordinate with relevant departments personnel in preparation of respective QMS documents
- Conduct Internal Audits of all processes / departments of the company in coordination with MR.
- Issue agenda for Management Review meeting and records minutes.
- Review with M.R, the progress in terms of the assignments of last meeting, documentation prepared by each member, rectification of non-conformities, and achievement of quality objectives.
- Assist M.R in establishing and developing of new project developments of the company.
- Develop documentation of any new assignment given by Chief Executive / MR from time to time.
- Conduct in-house training session on relevant ISO topics for employees as identified through TNA process or as & when required basis.
