Job Description:

The Recruitment Consultant position based in Lahore will involve the following tasks:



  • Full management of the 360 degree recruitment cycle.

  • Management of a candidate portfolio including telephone screenings.

  • Management of a client portfolio including both previous and new business clients.

  • Meeting with clients at their place of work to discuss future requirements.

  • Management of the recruitment process from job briefing, shortlisting, interview and offer management.

  • Working with a range of other teams and disciplines to grow business opportunities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for a diverse portfolio of clients and different job categories and in a variety of industries.

  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process by providing expert advice and coaching around resume building and interview skills to achieve a successful placement.

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through the use of corporate and third party databases (CV Library, TotalJobs, Reed, Monster etc) and internet mining.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with established processes, recruitment best practices and legal requirements.

  • Support a continuous learning environment by sharing expertise with colleagues as required and by participating in training and development activities and process review sessions

  • Regularly review results, risks and issues with the Manager of Recruitment in one-on-one meeting sessions

  • Complete all recruitment related administrative tasks: job postings, reference checking, background checking facilitation and productivity reporting as required
