Job Description:

• Scheduling pickups of finished product.

• Daily professional communication with all internal and external customers.

• Prompt response to all customer inquiries and problems.

• Must be able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner without constant supervision.

• Efficiently and safely move product from staging and/or unloading areas into the correct load door and the assigned trailer.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.

• Properly label and handle shipments, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped according to the paperwork.

• Maintain a database of tracking numbers, shipment information and other pertinent shipping information for the customer.

• Other duties as assigned.
