Job Description:

The Role


As an  Quality Assurance Representative, you’ll be cold calling customers in the UK .You will be working on a predictive dialler to maximise your talk time and increase your sales and commision opportunities. All calls are recorded and monitored to ensure they are compliant with UK laws (training will be given).

Essential Experience



  • A background in Customer Sales or Customer Service (6-12 months would be great)


Skills Excellent English both written and verbal, objection handling, Rapport Building, Ability to control and lead a call from start to finish.
