| Job Description: |
Qualification: Candidate should be B.E Civil having 7-10 years relevant experience, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with proficient in computer use. Age: 40-55 years. Responsibilities: He will be responsible for planning, managing, controlling of all projects activities including daily maintenance related tasks. He will also assist & provide technical support services to the concerned departments for proper maintenance of the respective building / premises during its use. Proper Liaison with the appointed Project Consultant / Contractor / Vendor in regard to designing, preparation of technical proposals, tender invitation, supervision of construction activities, quality and timely completion of project. |
