Job Description:

- To direct, manage, control, coordinate and supervise through subordinate managers all teh strategic & operationsl aspects and functions of administration department

- To supervise departmental strategic planning process ensuring that the developed policies/procedures are aligned with the organizational goals and contribute towards departmental perfromance grwoth and cost containment

- To identify, develop and implement operational business plans, moniotr key metrics and assist in the desicion making in the department

- to develop and manage all aspects of departmental budget including preparation, submission, maintenance, reporting and audits

- To develop solutions to improve current processes, rules & policies and business management procedures of the department and establish and maintain effective internal controls & checks

- To promote a culture of "service excellence" throughout the department and to set a tine of leadership that is people oriented, collaborative in nature and focused in data based decision making

- To assist in building up management culture based on team work, open communication, prudent risk taking, innovation mentoring and accountability

- To develop, implement, and monitor the policies & procedures for safeguarding the company's assets, employees and infrastructure through the subordinate managers

- To develop, implement and monitor the fool prrof management system for the company's vehciles, its operations and maintenance

- To develop a system for provision of adequate office utilities. logistics arrangements, facilities maintenance and tracking all disciplinary issues with suitable actions

- Responsible for developing record engineering system to safeguard companys essential record adn its easy retrievel

- Responsible for implementation of prevailing laws of the land in the company and deal with different Govy. departments like SNGPL, FESCO, Police, Custom, Land revenue, Income Tax, Excise and Taxation, Irrigation & Drainage, WASA, Civil Defense, EPA, Lafco and local government etc

Ability to consistently balance multiple projects/programs,Ability to drive change in fast paced working environment,Strong analytical,problem solving and decision making skill,Strong persuasion,coordination and negotiation skills
