| Job Description: |
- Establish networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls & load balancers.
- Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve Network issues
- Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Incumbent is responsible to compliance IT’s Polices.
- Responsible to maintain Network Equipment Inventory, LOG, Tagging reporting.
- Maintain Wi-Fi System in which included new Access Points Installation, configuration Troubleshooting & Wi-Fi Controller Maintenance/up gradations.
- System installation; defining, documenting, Log, Inventory and enforcing system standards.
- Maximize network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
- Responsible to provide helpdesk support to In-House Guest and Hotel Staff.
- Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Reporting to IT Manager.
