Job Description:

· Responsible for the procurement of fabric and accessories from suppliers.

· New market trends, Product development and Technical analysis of fabrics.

· Working parallel with Marketing teams to fulfill the Customer requirements with regards to the fabrication.

· To develop strong relationship with renowned suppliers by encouraging Lean principles.

· Negotiations, pricing & cost estimation, purchase orders processing on ERP, LC requirements & payments proceedings.

· Working with production planning department to meet the production deadlines.

· Handling of fabric quality complaints/issues as well as claims from customer to supplier.

· Management to ensure the timely fabric deliveries as well as to maintain just in time inventory criteria & management of inventory through ERP.
