Job Description: |
- Maintaining and troubleshooting solution components (XMPP Sever, VoIP Server, Storage Server, Charging & Billing Server etc.)
- Pro-active monitoring of service performance and applying appropriate measures to guarantee high service availabilities.
- Performing UAT tests on the system before going to production.
- Understanding and analyzing customer problems and proving an appropriate support.
- Providing guaranteed response according to the agreed SLAs.
- Root cause analysis of all problems and proposing long term solutions.
- Automating all the routines of the system to maintain high available services.
- Issue documentation and reporting to the product team.
