Will be responsible to provide assistance to Group GM (HRD) for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers, sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity and helps workers create long term careers plans within the organization
1. Timely support to business by ensuring training of all Staff
2. Monthly Dashboards with training man day’s tracker, Plan vs actual
3. Talent Development through focused Capability Building Approach (IDP & other devlopments) in discussion with functional heads
4. Diversity Management and creating healthy Employee Experience and supporting manager’s action planning
5. Adherence to Training Man days per employee, also Plan vs Actual, and liasoning external training partners
6. Training support to plant operations & establishing basic manufacturing practices & 5s, safety and other modules
7. Co create robust assimilation process for new inductees
