1.To maintain HR record for all employee related issues.
2.Prepare and issue all HR relevant letters/documents/certificates to employees in consultation with the organization's management.
3.Facilitate new employees with completing HR formalities and providing a thorough orientation of the system.
4.Maintain employee leaves & Attendance record on daily basis.
and should have knowledge of HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc. |
