A cosmetic manufacturing company is looking for a QC executive to oversee all QC/QA related matters.

• Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
• Conducting line clearance, raw material testing, in process testing, and finished goods testing on daily basis.
• Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
• Investigating and setting standards for quality
• Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with set standards
• Working with management to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
• Documenting all SOPs and day to day activities
• Determining training needs
• Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
• Directing objectives to maximise profitability
• Monitoring performance by supervising labor and operators.
• Effectively promote quality achievement and performance improvements
• Analyze defective returns and communicate with appropriate individuals to implement countermeasures
• Develop, deploy and maintain the plant's quality and continuous improvement systems.
• Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
• To undertake any other assignment given by Immediate    Supervisor
