| Job Description: |
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Manager (IT) /SM (Compensation & Benefits) during payroll activities.
- Support to payroll Agents for proper updation of payroll & personnel data in SAP.
- Verification of soft data in respect of management employees for updating pay & allowances in HCM SAP on promotion/up gradation, Transfer posting and restoration of annual increments etc.
- Data reconciliation of pay and allowances and its updating in HCM-SAP where found disparity.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Analyzing payroll & Personnel data for rectification of fallouts.

Requirements:
Education: MBA/ BBA (Hons.) with majors in HR from a reputed University
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience.Can work in SAP-HCM
