We are looking for Human Resource Officer. Candidate must have experience of 1 year of working in Human Resource Department. Major responsibilties includes:
Maintaining Employee Files.
Conduct Orientation and Onboarding.
Attending / Understanding Employee Grievances in their Work Place & Implement Corrective Measures.
Organizing Employee Training Sessions.
Develop and Coordinate Employee Benefits: SESSI, EOBI, Provident Fund, Health Insurance.
Plan, Coordinate and Conduct Company HR Events.
Coordinate Training Session.
Payroll Calculations, Allowances, Encashments, Bonus Payments, Reimbursements Deductions.
