Job Description: |
- Welcoming guests in friendly and professional way.
- Providing information about facilities, programs and other services.
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Shift Manager when needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
- She must promote all the facilities of the hotel and knows the surrounding areas when asked for directions.
- Run daily reports, reviewing to see what needs to be communicated to the next shift’s staff
- Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering to the right department.
- Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
- Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
- Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires.
- Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, SAs etc)
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
- Examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily.
