Responsibilities:
- Lead and process all payroll related functions including, but not limited to: importing hours worked, bi-weekly payroll, W-2s, commission and bonus payment, reporting and other supplemental payments
- Lead and work 4(k) administration, including loan administration, deferrals, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct payroll and 4(k) due diligence and integrations for company acquisitions
- Continuously seek and implement process improvements
Requirements:*
- Strong analytical skills – able to collect and consolidate data from various sources and analyze using MS Excel
- Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ Years of payroll experience, preferably multi-state
- Knowledge of multi-tasking payroll regulations and local taxes
Strong customer service skills
