Job Description:

 

We are looking for an energetic and competent individual, who is able to keep up with our dynamic and quickly evolving workplace. You will be required to perform a multitude of tasks - the following list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and you may be assigned additional tasks and as when deemed necessary by the CEO or Line Manager:

  • Analysing our database to match potential employees to open available vacancies
  • Setting up employee interviews at relevant companies and ensuring follow-up
  • Responding to clients’ queries regarding placements or other matters in a timely fashion
  • Maintaining a knowledge repository of prospective employees and employers
  • Developing creative strategies to pursue/retain the employees in their professional roles
  • Assisting the team in developing, reviewing, communicating business proposals
  • Conducting market research to identify new customers (employers), follow up on these opportunities and set up meetings
  • Assisting Management Team in decision-making and providing essential feedback
