- Advertise/Post Adds for the Job
- Give New Ideas to boost up recruitment process
- Can Visit Hostels/Uni for talent hunting and referral hiring
- Schedule/Conduct Interviews and Exit Interviews
- Maintain Employees Files
- Preparation of Reports
- Prepare/Propose Company Policies and Implement them
- Define SOPs, Maintain Discipline
- Any other Task Assigned by Management.
