Job Description
1. Assist all western union operational/financial performance in accordance with the laid down policies and procedures across the bank.
2. Responsible for meeting/exceeding annual set objectives/targets both in terms of transactions/profitability.
3.Coordinate with WU- Team (Local+ International) to resolve day to day operational and technical to be faced at branches.
4. Monitor Voyager (accounting software) regularly and generates report and hand over to central operation for its daily reconciliation.
5.Coordinate with WU main office for change of location name modification daily limit and activation of operator’s user and terminal IDs.
6. Arrange and provide training/mentoring to existing and new staff through HR and on-the-job to upgrade their knowledge and skills and for better performance and career growth opportunities.
7. Able to develop objective and reliable criteria to prioritize prospects, target and successfully approach a large account to increase WU transactions.
8. Collects, analyzes, reports and makes recommendations on acquisition strategy and tactics.
9. Works with the operations team to continually improve WU performance and customer experience.
10. Works collaboratively with marketing to execute WU marketing campaigns and strategies to increase visibility of the product in the market.
11. Oversee Siebel workload Management
12.Ensure thorough investigation and resolution of complaints
13.Coordinate with other departments for resolution of customer complaints
14. Keep abreast with the latest information with respect to the products, policies and procedures for effective customer handling
15.Share feedback/suggestions with line management for process improvement resulting in better customer facilitation
16.Deal with the western union transection issues and solve on daily basis.
17. Remote support for all branches.
