Scope

Academic Qualifications
16 year education preferably Management / Leadership Education / communication studies, social sciences or equivalent
Relevant experience
7 Years /Management/ Leadership/ Marketing/ OD/ Strategy Management experience.

Major Areas of Responsibilities:
Leadership/ Supervisory Role: To develop options for strategy management teams and develops strategic and transformational moves across the business.
- To lead the development and implementation of the business’s strategic objectives and processes and engages in sensitive and high-value business development activities.
- To facilitate cross-functional team collaborations as well as to support executive leadership and stakeholders within the business in developing business strategies, inclusive of long-term goals and objectives, key risk management, and driving business and project initiatives.
- To lead the design of strategy across various high-value business projects within the business. He drives the strategic planning process and acts as a trusted advisor to the business’s executive leadership and relevant stakeholders during strategy formulation, development, and execution.
- Evaluation and development of the business’s long-term strategic plans across the business’s departments. He also develops the business’s multi-year strategies and goals, establishes measurement criteria to monitor the performance of established strategies consistently, identify deficiencies, and avail actionable solutions.
Collaboration: He/she will work with business leadership, executives, senior business development management, and stakeholders across the business to ensure that the business’s departmental strategies are aligned in order to advance the overall business strategy. He also works with junior corporate strategy management in driving the business’s key strategic initiatives on various business projects.
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Development of M&E tools, data gathering for evaluation
- Analysis and reporting
Terms of engagement:
Hours: Minimum 40 hours a week
Reporting Mechanism: Monthly Planning and & Reviews with weekly/fortnightly
Remuneration: Negotiable
Facilitation:
Travelling expenses for all official travelling / fuel as per organizational policy
Post Paid Mobile SIM card for official use
Entitled Car as per policy
